Man life-flighted near Rusk due to ‘hundreds’ of bee stings
A man was flown to an East Texas hospital after suffering numerous bee stings.
According the Cherokee County Sheriff Brent Dickson, around 2 p.m. Monday. FM 2962 had to be shut down at Moon City Road after a man was attacked by a swarm of bees.
A medical helicopter had to land to take the man to a local hospital for treatment.
Sheriff Dickson said he could not comment further on the situation.
