WF Farmers Market to celebrate Bee Awareness Day

From 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on August 10, shoppers can head to the Wichita Falls Farmers Market on Austin St. to enjoy a celebration in honor of Bee Awareness Day.

Kids and adults alike have a variety of activities to look forward to The festivities will include a real observation hive from the Red River Valley Bee Keeper’s Association, honey from local producers, live music, and free book bags. For kids, there will be bounce houses and a bee hotel-making activity, sponsored by the WFFM Kids Club.

The Wichita Falls Farmers Market is located at 807 Austin Street.
