CCPL offering beekeeping basics class

Cecil County Public Library is offering a class for adults called The Basics of Beekeeping Oct. 16.

This is a free class from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. at the Rising Sun branch, 111 Colonial Way. Pre-registration is required.

Learn about what bees do to help our food chain, and how you can help them pollinate. Get tips on how to help the bees survive. Find out about starting your own beekeeping project.
